Este volumen agrupa un conjunto de 45 composiciones literarias, 33 poemas y 12 textos en prosa, entre ellos algunas muestras teatrales y periodísticas. Pertenecen a escritores de Cantabria, reconocidos y noveles, que aportan textos en su mayoría inéditos, y se recoge también una selección de autores contemporáneos. Para su presentación en esta edición se ha elaborado una breve reseña de cada autor y, en su caso, de cada lector, del texto en el “Recital contra la Guerra”, celebrado en Santander en mayo de 2003.
