Sinopsis del Libro

En el particular caso de este estudio, se intenta sugerir que los 17 años de dictdura representan, sin lugar a dudas, un período ensombrecido de la realidad chilena, y que la etapa que le ha seguido, lejos de haber traído la alegría multicolor del arco iris, ha estado más bien dominada por una niebla donde ha persistido el miedo y la desorientación en la búsqueda de un proyecto comunitario coherente. -- Contracubierta.
