Este volumen en homenaje al profesor Francis Suréda reune los trabajos del segundo Coloquio Internacional organizado por el CreaC-CRILAUP- que tuvo lugar en la Universidad de Perpignan Via Domitia los 17 y 18 de octubre 2013. Compila contribuciones de campos disciplinarios variados (teatro, pintura, música, cine, literatura) que proponen una lectura original de las representaciones estéticas en Argentina y en el Rio de la Plata entre el siglo XIX y el siglo XXI en torno a la polftica, las fiestas y los excesos.
