Healthy Habits is a collection of four stories featuring the Chiminis, fictitious characters that live in the forest and are as small as pine cones. In each story, one of the Chiminis has an adventure that highlights the importance of hygiene, a good diet, and exercise, and offers general health advice.

This illustrated book teaches children everything they need to know about taking care of kittens from picking one out to what to do when they get sick.
