This book explores the political, social and cultural consequences of COVID-19 through a corpus of over 15.000 articles published in Spain and Latin America in the first pandemic year. Organized around four epistemic fields (geopolitics, gender, biopolitics, philosophy and culture), the contributions offer a quantitative and qualitative analysis combining Big Data tools and humanistic thought.

El texto de El Rómulo relaciona a dos autores fundamentales en el desarrollo de la literatura europea del siglo xvii: el traductor, Francisco de Quevedo, y el creador de la versión italiana original, Virgilio Malvezzi, cuya importancia ha sido redescubierta por los estudiosos en nuestros días. Presentamos aquí el primer trabajo de crítica textual realizado hasta ahora sobre esta obra que constituye un testimonio destacado de la prosa didáctica barroca y un significativo ejemplo de traducción literaria.
