Este libro es producto de una reflexión que, sobre el departamento de Santander, promovió la Universidad. En este encuentro, donde participan diversas miradas, se le da continuidad al interés que tiene la institución por suscitar la reflexión y el análisis de la realidad que vive nuestro entorno, buscando aportar pensamiento al proceso de construcción de una sociedad que sueña con un mejor futuro.
