Este libro constituye el primer estudio sistemático de la sensibilidad barroca en la narrativa de Fuentes, y propone un método de lectura original y consistente para acercarse a ella analizando cuatro novelas representativas de la obra del autor: "Aura", "Constancia y otras novelas para vírgenes", "La frontera de cristal" y "Todas las familias felices".

The proceedings assemble some 240 papers covering eight sections: 1. phonetics and phonology, 2. morphology, 3. syntax, 4. lexical semantics, 5. editing and textual criticism, 6, rhetoric, poetics and literary theory, 7. applied linguistics, 8. history of linguistics.
