La Dirección del Conservatorio formuló en esta obra un Nuevo Plan de Estudios incluyendo la Prevocacional dedicada a la educación de los niños. Se introdujo la Escuela de Teatro y la escuela de Danza. También se creó una carrera corta de Profesor de Enseñanza Elemental de Música, se adquirieron libros para la Biblioteca y la Discoteca. Incluso se adquirió el ex-Templo de Santa Teresa para los conciertos del Conservatorio. Se incluye la lista de alumnos y los Títulos de Maestros de Música graduados en el Conservatorio, durante los años 1938 a 1943.
