Sinopsis del Libro

Entre las diversas instituciones y figuras jurdicas que presentan un carcter especialmente problemtico en el mbito jurdico-civil gallego, se encuentran las servidumbres y serventas.Al anlisis crtico de la actual regulacin que de tales derechos reales ha sido realizada por el legislador gallego -recogida en la vigente Ley deDerecho civil de Galicia (LDCG), de 1995-, as como tambin al de algunas importantes resoluciones jurisprudenciales dictadas por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Galicia en relacin a diversas cuestiones prcticas, complejas y controvertidas, que se han ido planteando en dicha materia, se dedican los presentes Estudios.Su edicin coincide con un momento histrico-jurdico especialmente importante para Galicia, en el que desde el Gobierno autonmico se estevaluando seriamente la posibilidad de proceder a revisar o reformar, a consecuencia de sus carencias e imperfecciones, la aludida LDCG. Ello nos sita en un perodo de notables incertidumbres y dudas legislativas, en elque las diversas aportaciones doctrinales que se puedan formular, contribuirn sin duda a ofrecer alguna luz al respecto.
