In recent years, no History of Spain has been published in a single volume that serves as a reading for the general public and, at the same time, as a manual for students. With the desire to seek the truth, this work appears in which the authors reflect on all the events in which Spain has starred.

El trabajo pone de relieve que las relaciones entre España y Chile entre 1902 y 1931 se basaron principalmente en la compra española de salitre chileno y en torno a esta circunstancia giraron todas las acciones políticas entre los dos países.
