La Comisión de Investigaciones Históricas de la Revolución Mexicana, bajo la dirección de Isidro Fabela, agrupa en este primer volumen de la serie que dedica al maderismo, un importante cuerpo de documentos relativos a la primera etapa de nuestro movimiento social, cuya fase armada se cerró en Querétaro el 5 de febrero de 1917, al promulgarse la Constitución que rige a la República.
